Lighting Designed first section (This Side of the Tracks through Owner of my Heart) of The Great American Trailer Park Musical. Used light to establish mood and location. I used mood and lighting shifts to follow Norberts journey and mood throughout the first third of the play.

Lighting designed post-modern scene where director was given prompt "Freeze". The director's concept was about highlighting non-traditional interpretations of the word creating situations that were both cold but also isolating. I created several cold lighting looks with very sharp textures to make the scene feel as cold and isolating as possible.

"Cardboard"

"Card-Board" - Lighting Designer
Baylor Theater Workshop

Lighting designed post-modern scene where director was given prompt "Box". The director's concept involved exploring every meaning of the word from cardboard to being being put in a box. I used a lot of down light and back light to create isolation and get hard shutter edges while not lighting the actors faces too much to make them feel like they are really in a box.
